Americans Murdered by Illegals: 12 per day

Author Joseph Farah has put together a rather nice list of accomplishments that illegal alien front groups can be very proud of. The most important? Illegal aliens kill 12 Americans per day, on average.

The National Council on La Raza can adopt a new tag line: Illegals come here to do the murders that Americans won't do.

The full story is here.

While the military "quagmire" in Iraq was said to tip the scales of power in the U.S. midterm elections, most Americans have no idea more of their fellow citizens – men, women and children – were murdered this year by illegal aliens than the combined death toll of U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan since those military campaigns began.

Though no federal statistics are kept on murders or any other crimes committed by illegal aliens, a number of groups have produced estimates based on data collected from prisons, news reports and independent research.

Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That's 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001.

Total U.S. troop deaths in Iraq as of last week were reported at 2,863. Total U.S. troop deaths in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan during the five years of the Afghan campaign are currently at 289, according to the Department of Defense.

The most pathetic part of this story is that it doesn't have to be! We could easily erect a fence on the border and limit the number crossing illegally. We could enforce sanctions against employers, we could start tracking social security numbers that are stolen and used fraudulently by illegal immigrants and we could free up potential employers and law enforcement by allowing them to question the immigration status of folks that cross their path.

When you read the story, examine closely how the authors have to extrapolate the date from disparate sources - and why is that? It's because our retrograde government is paralyzed by the 2-stage poison of political correctness and multiculturalism. We are not actively tracking illegal aliens because that would be 'unconstitutional' even though by definition they aren't entitled to protections under our constitution and bill of rights. So we aren't exactly sure how many illegals are driving drunk and murdering Americans. Multiculturalism and PC is keeping us intentionally blind to what's really going on out there.

As I've posted before, our own beloved FBI doesn't even separate whites from hispanics in its uniform crime reporting statistics. They all get comingled into the "white" category.

I don't know how we've gotten so far off track on recognizing what is important about this country and what our priorities are. Remember this story? They estimate that 1 million sex crimes are committed by illegals every year.

Go read both stories - guaranteed to make your blood boil.

No gentlemen, Fuck YOU!"

Rusafa prison - Baghdad

"Hard hitting" BBC reporter Andrew North does the 'courageous' reporting of "prisoner abuse" in Rusafa prison.

Just another cog in the wheel of political correctness, North takes the tact that these people - the majority of which are hardcore jihadis - are living in inhumane conditions and within an overly crowded environment.

My question to Andrew North is, "Why would you choose to interview incarcerated jihadis while the United States is at war with them in Iraq?"

The rhetorical response is that that is precisely the reason this BBC goof is highlighting "prisoner abuse" (by the way - they did not observe any prisoners being abused while there) in order to subvert the war effort over there and overseas. He tries to couch the story in terms of investigatory journalism - but if he was so brave why doesn't he scour the streets and interview Al-quaeda commanders and show them for what they are: cold-blooded killers bent on the death of infidels?

Just one more indicator that the West is slowly choking itself to death.

Supreme Court rejects Mumia

The US Supreme Court finally made a rational and positive decision by upholding Mumia Abu-jamal's murder conviction.

Will someone please put him to death already??? He's been breathing since 1981 - while Officer Daniel Faulkner and his family have had to live their lives without their friend, husband, father and brother around.

Palin interview on Turkey farm

Governor Palin went to an Alaska turkey farm in order to pardon a turkey. She did that and then was interviewed while a worker in the background continues to slaughter live turkeys.

Here's the video. The writers for SNL couldn't have dreamed this one up! Not in a million years...check out the look on the face of the guy killing the turkeys. Priceless!

"Is that your turkey-friend in the chipper?"

Court rules in favor of Fatties

Here is an excellent example as to why Canada should not be used as a role model for United States jurisprudence. Judicial activism at its finest!

The Canadian supreme court ruled that obese people must be given "2 for 1" seats on commercial aircraft.

So the lesson here is that I can eat myself to 500 pounds and I won't have to worry about spending that extra $300 for a 2nd seat so my fat ass can sit comfortably.

The decision is bad on so many levels - let's examine it closely. In order for the court to have ruled in favor of "unnamed Fatty" they'd have to have taken at face value that this person wasn't in control of his/her weight gain. According to many health experts, no more than 10% of obese people can attribute their weight gain to hormonal imbalance. That means 90% of fatties are fat because of their slothful lifestyle.

With obesity across the United States trending upwards, more and more people will be looking to get special treatment and more subsidies. They'll be saying "I can't control my weight so I deserve to have my obesity classified as a 'disease'".

It's absolutely maddening to see this lack of personal willpower playing itself out in the courts - and with the result that the rest of us are paying for it!

I used to work with a guy who was almost 600 pounds. He'd shuffle into work, sit at his desk all day and then shuffle off to home. His manager approached him one day to say that he was concerned that the weight was endangering his health and he offered to get him some professional help to deal with it. The guy told his manager, "I don't want to talk about it and if you bring it up again I'll sue you." He then got up and shuffled back to his desk. This same guy was with us at a trade show and during set up, fell down in one of the aisles. They had to bring Bobcat over to get him up. During the same show, we went to dinner and this obese guy came with us. They sat us at a corner table and, at the end of the night, he couldn't get out from behind the table. Waiters and busboys had to get tools and unbolt the table from the floor so fatty could get out. At the time this guy drove a full-size Chevy Suburban. In order to enter the vehicle, he'd firmly grip the steering wheel and pull himself up into the driver's seat. Well one day he literally pulled the steering wheel out of its track and bent the bar that connected the steering wheel to the transmission (whatever its called). When he took the car to the dealership (the car was less than 2 years old) the dealer didn't want to honor the warranty because the force needed damage the steering column in such a way wasn't possible by one man. Well this guy did almost pull out the steering column of his Chevy Suburban.

He'd never admit it but he was probably pounding 10,000 calories a day just to maintain his sizable girth.

Again, I'm not casting aspersions on this poor fellow. I genuinely felt bad for him but, I can see how folks like this - who won't do anything to help themselves - will turn around and begin to demand (through the courts) that they get special treatment ; at all costs.

Truly sad.

Crook County ASA blog is gone

The Crook County ASA blog is officially gone. Anyone know what happened?

Here's an example of someone who probably shouldn't be teaching. The intimidation and brow-beating of her students is not only unacceptable, but wrong:

It's interesting to see at what age the brainwashing begins. The white kid says she's supporting McCain because her parents are supporting him. The black kid has absolutely no problem saying that he's supporting him simply because he's black. What if the two kids' places were reversed and the white kid said she was supporting McCain because he was white? You can imagine the indignation and outrage this pedagogue would display.

These kids are all very well acquainted with the concept of cultural diversity and that is a sad thing to witness.

Now moving forward....

You're damn right there's "Hope" - hope that we can still fight!

Gird up thy loins, conservative.

A new beginning...

For every dark cloud, there is a silver lining. With the election of Barack Hussein Obama, we have two silver linings. The first good thing about this whole morass is that it's over! But now we have to deal with Illinois' favorite-empty-suit as our president. The second good thing is that the bitter black people who "cling to the LINK cards" will finally see that this country is NOT racist and bigoted.

From Michelle Malkin:
If we live in such a racist country, as the friends and fellow travelers of Barack Obama have argued vehemently throughout this campaign season, how did AmeriKKKa end up electing The One?

President-elect Obama’s first order of business should be to issue a blanket apology to all the voters he and his minions derided as hopelessly bitter, clingy rednecks and inveterate racists.

Let us not forget what Obama said about the citizens of Pennsylvania and Ohio – both of which ended up in the Obama column last night. “You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them,” Obama told well-heeled donors in San Francisco. “And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

Those of us in the know, know that this election won't stifle the professional Race Hustlers like Sharpton, Farrakhan and Jackson. They'll find a way to squirm their way out of the headlock and then blame whites ~ again and again ~ for what is squarely within their scope of control.

And in an earlier post, I had the YouTube video of Peggy Joseph. She's closer to the core of what expectations are than most white voters. She's firmly in the camp of "Now that there's a black man in the White House, I'm going to get EVEN MORE free stuff!" Many liberals that I speak to don't think that Obama is going to increase social spending, even though that's exactly what he's been crowing about for 2 years.

Many are wondering why so many Republicans either crossed over, or chose not to vote at all...here's a great extract from someone who works at the GOP's "Hill". They try to make the case that for all of his faults, you should still have voted for McCain but, I think many just elected to check out and swallow the Kool-aid that Obama was serving. They either didn't vote, or voted for Barry.

Could the GOP have tendered ANYONE that could have defeated Obama? Byron York thinks not:

Could any candidate have been elected to succeed a president of his own party whose job approval rating was 25 percent? Probably not. Could any candidate have been elected to continue his party’s stay in the White House when roughly 90 percent of Americans believed the country was on the wrong track? Probably not. Could any candidate from the governing party have been elected after the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged 4,000 points before one could even turn around? Probably not.

McCain faced all those obstacles — and not just those, but a political climate in which his advantage over his opponent was perversely diminished by McCain’s own courage and good judgment. In the primaries, McCain bet his entire candidacy on the surge in Iraq. He was right, and Democrats were wrong. By any measure, he should have benefited, and Democrats should have suffered, when the surge worked. Instead, as Americans achieved greater success in Iraq — and as U.S. deaths fell to 13 last month, equaling the lowest total in a very long time — the war in Iraq simply fell off many voters’ radar screens. McCain’s resoluteness and good sense went largely unrewarded.

The funny thing is: If the Democrats had actually nominated a true moderate candidate - not one with the thinnest of resumes, and a checkered past - McCain would have lost by 15-20% The fact that McCain was so close shows you just how weak a candidate Obama was (is).

A final denouement by Mark Steyn:

The Republicans lost this election. I disagree with Lisa. I think we are near a point at which America joins the rest of the west as a center-left society — that's to say, a society whose assumptions about the role of government and the size of the state are far closer to Continental social democracies than to the Founding Fathers. In a grim media-cultural environment, the temptation for American conservatism is to be seduced into becoming one of those ever so mildly right-of-left-of-right-of-left-of-center parties they have in Europe. We should have the fight about conservatism's future vigorously and openly — perhaps at Bud's Roadhouse out on Route 137 in lieu of All-Girl Mud-Wrestling Night.

Tomorrow's another day....

Steve Sauerberg for Senate

Steve Sauerberg is running against incumbent Dick "Little Dick" Durbin.

While Sauerberg has little chance of defeating this entrenched, petulant, diminutive, mewling little troll, don't let that discourage you from voting for him.

The RNC isn't helping Sauerberg with contributions from their war-chest because they've got bigger fish to fry in dragging McCain over the finish line.

That said, Durbin is a disgrace.

He's made some truly outrageous statements, especially about our troops. Here's classic Durbin comparing our troops to Nazis and, Camp X-ray to a soviet gulag:

Just like his side-kick, Barack Hussein Obama, Durbin has no substance. I remember reading Chicago magazine's expose on him. They interviewed Al Salvi's down-state campaign manager. Durbin was running against Salvi at the time. While at a rally for Durbin, the manager saw an attendee wearing a pro-life button. The manager pointed at the button and simply stated, "Your man Durbin is pro-choice. I hope you realize that." Without blinking an eye, the guy says, "No he's not. I saw him at a rally a week ago and he stood up there and said he was pro-life."

The manager just rolled his eyes because he'd been all around the state trying to get the word out and this was a typical Durbin stunt: Say one thing in front of one audience, and another when circumstances changed. That's what Obama does very often. Remember when he told that group in San Francisco that people "cling to their religion and their guns" when they're confronted with something "different"? Oh, you're different alright, "Barry" - about as different as FDR, LBJ and Saul Alinsky all rolled up into one.

But back to Sauerberg, you can see the platform comparisons here. Here are just a few of the reasons why Durbin must be defeated. His voting record reflects someone who doesn't deserve to be serving the American citizens in Illinois.

* Immigration - He voted for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, which included the Dream Act which would give illegals in-state tuition and social security benefits. He voted "NO" on the Secure Fence Act (HR 6061).

* Support the Troops - Voted to defund the military and called US Troops "nazis". He voted to install a time-line of withdrawl of US troops out of Iraq.

* War on Terror - Durbin's more worried about bestowing constitutional rights on terrorists than in upholding the rights of United States citizens. He voted "NO" to the FISA Act in August of 2007.

* State Children's Health Insurance Program - Voted "YES" for this trash. Another $60 billion Democratic socialized medicine debacle in the offing. Luckily Bush vetoed it but it'll be reintroduced if Obama gets in.

* Voted "NO" to extend the Bush tax cuts (HR 4927).

[All these were borrowed from Washington Post's "Key votes" website. Check it out here.]

He's voted with his Democratic Party apparatchiks 97.5% of the time. Sure he's a real leader.

Please tell your family and friends to vote "NO" to Dick Durbin.
