An illegal immigrant couple with six children were already living in poverty. Then the quadruplets arrived. They're still in a daze. With two teenage daughters at home and triplets still in diapers, Angela Magdaleno's family overflowed from a one-bedroom apartment in South Los Angeles that they strained to afford. Diapers had to be changed 15 times a day, feedings held every three hours. One triplet, 3-year-old Alfredo Jr., needed special attention because he was born with liquid on his brain and partially paralyzed. Neither Magdaleno nor her husband speaks English, though she has been in the United States 22 years and he 28. Even her teenage daughters speak mostly Spanish; their English vocabulary is limited. Yet all of Magdaleno's 10 children are U.S. citizens. The triplets receive subsidized school lunches. All the youngsters have had their healthcare bills covered by Medi-Cal, the state and federal healthcare program for the poor. Alfredo Jr. had been hospitalized all his life until recently. He's had three state-funded brain operations and will require several more, the family said. The couple receive $700 in monthly Social Security payments to help with his medical needs. ~LA Times, July 28, 2006

Meanwhile, Richard "Little DIck" Durbin says that (regarding illegal immigrants) It is ironic that we tell these talented young people to leave and then search the world over for nurses, doctors, scientists and engineers to boost our economy.

Salaries and jobs have been stable in recent years, showing clearly that there is no shortage of such workers. Analysis of birth records shows that in 2002 almost one in four births in the United States was to an immigrant mother, legal and illegal, the highest level in American history. In the same year, births to Hispanic immigrants accounted for 59 percent of all births to immigrant mothers. No single cultural/linguistic group has ever accounted for such a large share of births to immigrants. Immigrant mothers are much less educated than native mothers. In 2002, 39 percent of immigrant mothers lacked a high school education, compared to 17 percent of native mothers. And politicians like McCain, Durbin and Obama continue to take the position that we are in "dire need" of continued, and ramped up, immigration. It is non-sense and dangerous for our country. We are seeing an influx of poor and uneducated people who don't want to be a part of America. They want the higher standards of living. They want the increased salaries. They want the clean water and good roads. They want to continue to speak Spanish. They want to celebrate Mexican independence day but not the Fourth of July. Criminal elements from Mexico are now filling up our jails and terrorizing towns.

Look at this mope who is an "advocate" of illegal immigration rights.

He demanded, on Fox News, that a "national health care reform" be created. The mope's rational for such a lamebrain plan? Because illegals build houses and deliver groceries, therefore they deserve free health care on demand.

Taking Pictures of Police Lands Man in Jail

A Philadelphia man was arrested by police for taking a picture of officers while they were arresting a neighborhood drug dealer.

The story, of course, portrays the arrestee as some poor, innocent person who happened to be sitting quietly on his back porch, reading a compilation of Lord Byron's poetry and sipping Chamomile tea when jack-booted, government thugs jumped his back fence and dragged him to their cruisers and arrested him.

Poor little Neffy -- the police hurt his feelings, while they arrested him "for no good reason."

Cruz, 21, told the NBC 10 Investigators that police arrested him last Wednesday for taking a picture of police activity with his cell phone. Police at the 35th district said they were in Cruz's neighborhood that night arresting a drug dealer. Cruz said that when he heard a commotion, he walked out of his back door with his cell phone to see what was happening. He said that when he saw the street lined with police cars, he decided to take a picture of the scene."I opened (the phone) and took a shot," Cruz said. Moments late, Cruz said he got the shock of his life when an officer came to his back yard gate."He opened the gate and took me by my right hand," Cruz said. Cruz said the officer threw him onto a police ca, cuffed him and took him to jail. A neighbor said she witnessed the incident and could not believe what she saw."He opened up the gate and Neffy was coming down and he went up to Neffy, pulled him down, had Neffy on the car and was telling him, 'You should have just went in the house and minded your own business instead of trying to take pictures off your picture phone,'" said Gerrell Martin. Cruz said police told him that he broke a new law that prohibits people from taking pictures of police with cell phones."They threatened to charge me with conspiracy, impeding an investigation, obstruction of a investigation. … They said, 'You were impeding this investigation.' (I asked,) "By doing what?' (The officer said,) 'By taking a picture of the police officers with a camera phone,'" Cruz said. Cruz's parents, who got him out of jail, said police told them the same thing."He said he was taking pictures with his cell phone and that was obstructing an investigation," said Aracelis Cruz, Neftaly Cruz's mother. The NBC 10 Investigators asked the ACLU union how they viewed the incident."There is no law that prevents people from taking pictures of what anybody can see on the street," said Larry Frankel of the American Civil Liberties Union.

This is just another liberal, snowjob fluff piece. Here are my thoughts on why Neffy went to jail.

I wasn't there and I don't purport to know exactly what happened but here's my educated guess (based on my experiences). Neffy was in his backyard chillin with some of his homies, one of these homies being the local drug dealer. When a car rolls down the alley, drug dealer homie goes over and sells the driver some weed. Undercover police who have been surveilling 'drug dealer' for a while roll in from both sides of the alley and arrest drug dealer homie. Neffy starts to complain to the officers about how they don't need to be puttin handcuffs on my boy like dat and starts yelling and inciting the other gangbangers who are in the yard with Neffy. Neffy states that he's going to file a complaint against the police for brutality because day have no right to come in my yard like dat and whips out his cell phone to snap a picture of the police officers.

The police don't like to have their pictures taken because, as soon as a photo of a cop doing his job gets taken, all kinds of fictional stories of what was happening at that "kodak moment" start to get invented - mostly and exclusively to the detriment of the aforementioned officers.

So it is completely understandable why Neffy went to jail. Neffy went because he decided to insert himself into a situation where he didn't belong. The police don't suffer fools lightly and Neffy went to jail because he's a fool. I'd love to see his criminal background. I'm sure there is one.

Note to Neffy: Next time don't stick up for your asshole drug dealing buddy - shut your mouth, get in the house and let the police do their job. You can't have it both ways. Police officers hear it all the time; citizens complaining about a lack of police presence and then complain when officers actually start making arrests!

Nobel Laureate: "I want to kill Bush."

Betty Williams, erstwhile winner of a 1976 Nobel Peace Prize, got up in front of a group of schoolchildren and said that she'd "love to kill George Bush."

Yet another example of someone on the Left who is sensitive and tolerant. I'm sure that somewhere, her apologists are already lining up to excuse her "poor choice of words" by saying she's "passionate" and "excitable." She takes the easiest public relations tactic and claims her righteous indignation is because of and on behalf of "the children."

I have a very hard time with this word 'non-violence', because I don't believe that I am non-violent," said Ms Williams, 64. "Right now, I would love to kill George Bush." Her young audience at the Brisbane City Hall clapped and cheered. "I don't know how I ever got a Nobel Peace Prize, because when I see children die the anger in me is just beyond belief. It's our duty as human beings, whatever age we are, to become the protectors of human life."

She takes a page straight from Cindy Sheehan's playbook when she visits a local Children's hospital in Iraq and claims that because of US occupation, babies are being born with cancer and they can't get the medicines that would save their lives because of the US embargo.

What pabulum!

The MSM gives her a pass because, again like Sheehan, she is praised for her courage and commitment. What courage does it take to stand up and act as benefactor for kids in a war?!?!!?
Princess Diana pulled the same tactic by "taking a stand" on LandMines. Wow! Now there's a burning issue to tackle. Don't go out and demonstrate against Muslim extremists. Don't go out and fight for the rights of US soldiers who are wrongly accused of murder. Don't go out and question why followers of Islam are going around blowing themselves and other people up all the time.

No! Don't do that. Go talk about how George Bush is evil. America is evil. Our occupation of Iraq is all about oil, capitalism, and Haliburton.

It never ceases to amaze me to see mediocrity rewarded. Cindy Sheehan is a noboby who's thinly veiled anti-American claptrap enshrouds her dead son.

Williams claim to fame is that she started a petition to end violence in Northern Ireland. Of course she didn't care about the root causes of the violence. She just wanted the violence to end.

I can't wait for all these SDS-Hippy-types to just fall off the face of the earth and die. THEN, the world will be a better place.

The only redeeming quality that I can say about Betty Williams is that she looks much like that hot MILF over at Wifey's World. Could Wifey be Betty's child?

Now that would make alot of sense.

Robbers Use Craigslist To Target Victims

A San Francisco newspaper reports that robbers across the US are using the national online bulletin board CraigsList to target and rob victims.

So far no one has reported being hurt during the robberies but, not everyone who gets robbed reports it. Word to the wise, always be careful when exchanging information on line. Predators will use any means to get the advantage over their victims.

If you're on Ebay and you see a comment like this, stay away from that seller.

Raquel Welch

I remember my Dad taking me to the old Chelton Theater at 8100 S. Commercial (it's now a "Make-Believe" church) and seeing some classics - Goldfinger, Doctor No, One Million BC, Bambi, and Charlie the Lonesome Cougar. to name just a few. I'll never forget seeing Raquel Welch romping around wearing a fur bikini in One Million BC. I can remember just thinking that she was the prettiest woman I'd ever seen. She had that Sophia Loren figure and that on screen haughtiness that just tugged at Men's hearts - and nether regions.

I saw this picture reprinted on the back page of last sunday's Chicago Tribune Magazine and it brought back the memories of Miss Raquel (born: Jo Raquel Tejada)

Move over Ann Coulter! A consortium of college women - The Network of Enlightened Women - just launched a new website.

I caught an interview on Laura Ingraham's show today with the spokesperson for NeW.
She says that she initially went to her university's "Womans' Issues" department to see if she could get them to participate in the Conservative Bookclub for women idea and the tolerant, diverse and oh-so-liberal female department director told her, "Not here."
That is Liberal-speak for "Don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out!"

In September of 2004, a group of students founded the Network of enlightened Women (NeW) at the University of Virginia.  The mission of NeW is to foster the education and leadership skills of conservative university women.  NeW is devoted to expanding the intellectual diversity on college campuses. NeW was started as a book club.  Members meet biweekly to discuss one book each semester.  Only a semester after NeW was founded at UVa, some students at the College of William and Mary heard about NeW and started their own NeW chapter.

I'm happy to see more people turning off the television and reading more books. What a, um - novel idea.

I haven't commented on illegal immigration for awhile but couldn't contain myself after reading this piece that was posted over at Michelle Malkin's website.

As Michelle correctly points out, "The sense of illegal alien entitlement is swelling." She reports that an undocumented, illegal alien fired a pistol and attacked construction site workers with baseball bats when he was asked by the site's foreman to provide proof of citizenship.

Shots were fired at a Hamilton Twp. construction site in Warren County Friday and the owner of a construction company beaten in retaliation for the firing of an undocumented worker, according to Hamilton Twp. police. Police responded to a “shots fired” call around 1 p.m., in which the male caller told them “Mexicans were shooting at him.” Two men were injured, according to police, after the man who earlier had been fired from a construction company allegedly returned with about eight other men — armed with three handguns and several baseball bats.

Steve Malanga at City Journal reports on how the importation of unskilled illegal immigration hurts our economy. From his article :

Diana photos released

With a new book coming out which discusses lurid details about the life and death of the "princess", there is new evidence coming to light about her death. In Lady Diana: The Criminal Investigation by French crime writer Jean-Michel Caradec’h, the assertion is made that Diana and her lover, Dodi Fayed, were murdered by MI6 agents.

Part of the evidence hinges on the fact that the RAF was on standby two days prior to Diana's death, with orders to bring her body back to England. You'll recall that Diana and Dodi's their chauffeur-driven Mercedes crashed into a concrete pillar (Number 13) in a Paris underpass. The book, which is due out this month, will include photographs of Diana taken in the moments after the crash and autopsy renderings of her.

This Diana Conspiracy thing is getting way out of hand. I think it is just another JFK/Marilyn Monroe conspiracy theory. People love to think that there are all types of nefarious goings-on in the world and this one fits like a glove.

Much ado about nothing, m'thinks. But I thought you, my dear and cherished readers, would like to see the photo.

Radio: ManCow Fired

UPDATE: It hurts me to inform you that ManCow is back on the air. The mental midgets who run WLS radio, decided to bump Jerry Agar and install ManCow and most of his "morning madhouse" crew.

I still stand by every word I said back in 2006 about Mancow. I've listened to a few days of him and it's the same old-same old.

WKQX (Q101 FM) announced that they would not renew ManCow Muller's contract effective July 11, 2006.

Good riddance!

I used to commute to work - putting upwards of 250 miles per week on my car. I listened to the radio most of the time and I'd switch between ManCow and Howard Stern, depending on my mood. I quickly got sick of listening to the ManCow show. The superficiality of the cast and the skits, the barely-funny phone pranks and ManCow Muller's own incessant, adolescent mewlings was barely tolerable. None of the material was original or funny. Sure, he had spontaneous moments during some phone interviews but even those interviews seemed overly contrived and wooden. ManCow seems to have taken a page directly from the world of professional wrestling when developing his show. There were characters that fit into unique categories. He had Al Roker (angry black man), Love Cheese (asian), Prison Bitch (slackjawed GenX white kid), Turd (Fat, stupid Italian mope), Brian the Whipping Boy (gay intellectual), Ryan the gay Mexican (latino), Sludge (Heavy metal dude), Yelling Guy (yells), and Ballz (hooligan). The characters would play off each other in predictable ways. There was always plenty of toilet humor, sexual gags, innuendo and screaming. Sometimes the skits would be overdubbed and you'd only hear these skits and other advertisements for 30 minutes straight. Then ManCow would jump in and proclaim, "All I have is my bible and my glock. That's all I need."

And then there was all the nonsense between him, Steve Dahl and Howard Stern. Each one was beating his own chest and proclaiming how the others were no-talent pretenders.

That got real old, real quick.

One memorable (but not funny) segment of the show when the host was speaking about a current controversy between Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins) and Jim Derogatis (Chicago Sun-Times music critic) in which Corgan had taken offense at a less-than-impressed review of "Gish" by Derogatis. Corgan faxed a letter to Derogatis and banned him from any future Pumpkins' shows. Here is what is posted over at Derogatis' website:

Corgan felt that I'd "betrayed" him with some of my criticisms in the piece titled "Smashing Pumpkins Carve Out Their Niche" -- and a Virgin publicist subsequently told me that he'd never speak to me again, nor would I be welcome at future Pumpkins shows. At the Chicago gigs that followed, including one broadcast on live radio, Corgan endearingly referred to me from the stage as "that fat f--- from the Chicago Sun-Times," but I attended and reviewed the concerts nonetheless. Some time later, I faxed Virgin requesting a "bury the hatchet" interview. Corgan faxed me back himself (one of several letters I wanted to include in the book in its entirety, but the publisher's lawyers nixed that idea). "must you continue to prove your nothing but a sniveling, jealous person," Corgan wrote, seemingly averse to capital letters and the rules of grammar. "i'm very sorry for you that you are fat and that your career choice (wire cover band) didn't work out. . . . please try to find a life for yourself, and attempt to reconcile the fact that some people actually like what we do. see you in hell. best wishes / go fuck yourself, billy c."

What ManCow brought out during this show segment was that Derogatis is extremely overweight and that Derogatis' band had issued their own CD. They played some of Derogatis' songs and they were god-awful. The music and lyrics were terrible. One song of his they played had the following lyrics as the main verse: White skin / Black heart / Some nigger overturned my applecart That this guy is a music critic, with no musical talent, is pure irony. Derogatis is still working in the music critique business. He hosts "Sound Opinions" on Sunday nights over at WXRT.

One redeeming quality to ManCow is that I think he's a Republican - but that is unconfirmed. Too bad he didn't bring more political stuff into his show - maybe that would have made a difference.

But at the end of the day all you can say about ManCow and his Morning Madhouse was that it was flat, onedimensional and boring. You can only go so far attracting and keeping people's interest with strippers, fart sounds, and interviews with people who believe that Princess Diana murdered JFK, Jr. It is amazing to me that someone with so much mediocrity made millions of dollars doing it. America: what a great country.

I no longer listen to any "Morning Madhouse" type of shows - I have much better things to do with my time. And now so does ManCow.

AIM Charges NYTimes With Treason

The stings and barbs of outrageous fortune have now turned on the New York Times, and with very good reason. The NYTimes has consistently shown, again and again, that they are not interested in reporting on events. They are only interested in promoting its own Liberal Agenda, and if the facts don't fit in to that narrow world view, then they just don't bother to report it. The Times has only one consideration with the news it deems "fit to print": does the item published support or diminish President Bush and this administration. If it is positive and supportive of Bush and his programs, it is not printed.

The NYTimes It is not interested in supporting the war, supporting our troops nor in adding anything to our Right To Free Speech in this country. It has consistently shown itself to be a Leftist, traitorous organization.

English Close To Giving St. George The Boot

Jihad Watch reports that the Church of England is close to officially rejecting England's patron saint, St George, on the grounds that his image is too warlike and may offend Muslims.

Clergy have started a campaign to replace George with St Alban, a Christian martyr in Roman Britain. The scheme, to be considered by the Church's parliament, the General Synod, has met a cautious but sympathetic response from senior bishops. But it clashes with the increasing popularity of the saint and his flag in England. The World Cup brought out millions of St George crosses as the symbol became increasingly mainstream and less frequently dismissed as a badge favoured only by far-Right political activists....

Here is where the utter ignorance of the quisling, dhimmis in England is most apparent.

St. George is a mythic entity. Removing him as a religious icon makes as much sense as taking away the image of the cross because it represents the idea of suffering.

This is utter insanity. The Church is actually considering removing this Saint in order to mollify the feelings of Muslims who immigrated to England and are now living there. The Koran recognizes St. George as a valid religious icon, not that that should matter. Muslims aren't protesting the Flag of St. George, nor are they upset about the image of him slaying a dragon. (hint to Church leaders: there aren't actually dragons in existence - they are mythological entities...nudge, nudge...) It is the Church leaders who are hand-wringing and attempting to "understand" why their Islamic "brethren" are killing, murdering and beheading Infidels. Is it because Muslims feel "offended" by images like St. George? What about St. Martha who tamed a dragon then set it up to guard a dark part of a local forest? Should she be deleted from the "Lives of the Saints" book because Muslims might interpret her conquest of the dragon as an offense against Islam? It is like the story of the blind men who touch different parts of an elephant and declare, unequivocally, that the part that they are touching is what an elephant looks like.

Of course, the Liberals would, and certainly do, ask us to change. They would never ask that Muslims stop murdering in the name of Islam....oh no. The Liberals wouldn't demand that Muslim Clerics issue fatwas that condemn the killing of infidels...oh no. So while the Liberals of the world dance around the issues that we are confronting and walk on eggshells to avoid "offending" Muslims, we are left to just shake our heads at the absolute insanity of the Leftist, Liberal cowards that can't be bothered to take a stand on anything. Their mantra is appease, appease, appease. It makes no difference to the Liberals that the St. George story is not to be taken literally. The dragon is a metaphysical slaying - not a literal one. The dragons guard two things in these stories - gold and virgins. The dragon has no use for either. The dragon is a beast that represents our basest instincts - those of material conquest, sex and power. The hero comes along and slays the beast in order to free an energy. He thus releases boons that help him, the community and the world. It is a story as old as the wind.

It is too bad that the Church of England leadership cannot be bothered to learn high school level mythology. It could save the world if parishoners received the right information from the pulpits of their local churches on Sundays.

World Cup fever: Phuck Phwance!

Any country that awards honorary citizenship to a convicted cop-killer deserves utter derision and enmity.

The Paris city council has named Mumia Abu-Jamal, as an honorary citizen of Paris. Abu-Jamal has been on a U.S. death row in Pennnslylvania for 20 year. The African Amercian journalist was convicted of killing a police officer in a trial that has caused international controversy.

France is losing its heritage, language and culture because of uncontrolled immigration. They are the worlds' High Priest in the church of cultural diversity. You should be able to look at the dismal events that have been happening in France, just over the last few years, and see some alarming warning signals that we have to start dealing with.

As Michael Savage said,"Diversity is Perversity."

Red Stripe Ad Gets No Reaction

Sony is using the photo of a white model grasping the face of a black woman in a "disruptive" ad for its new PlayStation Portable. Some have questioned whether the ad campaign is racist. It is interesting to note that there is an immediate public charge of racism when the photo shows a white person holding a black person in a position of domination, but there has been no public reaction to the Red Stripe beer ads in which a black man dressed in a tuxedo tells a white man that he is ugly. In the ad, the black man turns to the camera and says his tagline in a Jamaican accent, "Red Stripe beer. Making ugly people beautiful for over 40 years." In another Red Stripe ad, the same pitchman is standing with a frumpy, overweight white man and accuses the white man of having no "rhythm". Again the tagline is, "Red Stripe beer. Giving white people rhythm for over 40 years."

A new billboard advert for Sony's white PSP has caused consternation across the US videogaming community. The ad shows a white model dressed entirely in white threateningly grasping the face of a black model. Next to them are the words, "PlayStation Portable. White is coming". The ad can also be seen on the Dutch official PSP site. Sites such as Kotaku, Joystiq and Digital Battle have questioned whether the ads are racist. So far the debate has split comments sections with some condeming Sony and equal numbers defending the ads as a harmless personfication of the handheld console's two available colours.

This is another sterling example of political correctness run amok. If you are still watching television (and I don't know why you would still be doing that) start to pay attention to advertisements. You'll soon see the double standard. White men are portrayed as fat, dimwitted, slow, one-dimensional morons. Blacks are seen as slick, smooth, suave characters with rhythm and a sense of self and style. Do you think that there would be no outcry if the Red Stripe ads showed a white man telling a black man that he was ugly?

Damn it feels good to be a Dictator

It turns out that appeasing Kim jong ill all these years has simply motivated him to continue doing his dictatorial worst. As former US presidents gave lipservice to enforcement, the diminutive dictator just kept making more and more demands. Both North Korea and Iran’s nuclear diplomacy are testaments to how Western diplomats reward intransigence. Take North Korea: During a June 30, 2006, American Enterprise Institute panel, Danielle Pletka pointed out the pattern: On August 31, 1998, Pyongyang fired the Taepodong-1 missile over Japan. Three months later, U.S. officials held the first round of high-level talks in Pyongyang. North Korean leader Kim Jong Il demanded to be rewarded for ceasing his provocations. He was. The following year, U.S. Defense Secretary William Perry visited North Korea to offer normalized relations and a lifting of economic sanctions if Pyongyang froze and eventually dismantled its long-range-missile program and stopped its missile exports. On September 17, 1999, President Clinton eased sanctions against the north. Two months later, a U.S.-led consortium signed a $4.6 billion contract for two Western light-water nuclear reactors for the Stalinist police state. The Clinton administration began shipping food aid to the famine-ridden north, which Pyongyang used to grease its war machine even as ordinary citizens starved. Having been given everything it had asked for, Kim Jong Il decided he wanted more. On July 1, 2000, he threatened to restart the nuclear program if Washington did not compensate it for electricity lost by delays in plant construction. Pyongyang then threatened to reverse course on its missile test moratorium. It did. On July 2001, it conducted a Taepodong-1 engine test. All the while, Kim Jong Il cheated. The Bush administration did not initially agree to accept North Korean smoke-and-mirrors. In October 2002, the Bush administration announced that Pyongyang had operated a covert nuclear-weapons program in violation of its 1994 agreement. Diplomats may celebrate treaties. Many who helped negotiate the 1994 Agreed Framework have meritorious service certificates framed on their wall. But agreements are meaningless if not adhered to, and seldom do autocracies stick to agreements if they gain more through noncompliance.

Bush needs to get tough and committ some actions to rein this nitwit in before it is too late.

230 Years Today

230 Years ago today, the greatest nation on God's green earth was born. The United States of America was born of an idea - the idea that we are a true democracy. The framers of the constitution crafted the document to carefully provide a structure to our society but without the rigor that other civilizations found themselves encumbered by.

We are an idea. When immigrants come here they are required to learn our language, our history, our culture and our laws. That is the only thing holding us together. Our commonality is our language and our history. For some of our citizens and leaders to go out on a limb and claim that enforcing that rule with new immigrants (specifically illegals) would be some form of racism shows you just how far fetched the organized Left has become here. They are so out of touch with what's going on that it is not even funny.



So on this sacred July 4th celebration, I want to thank the men and women who have served this great nation. Because of you we are free. Because of you we can sit in a coffee shop and complain about the government without fear. Because of you we can pursue life, liberty and happiness. It is because of you that I can read Solzhenitsyn's account of the Gulags. It is because of you that I can read the histories of the worst tyrants in history and know that they will never be able to gain a foothold in this country. It is because of you that totalitarianism is only to be found in Africa and Europe.

All the things that are great and unique about America come from you - the fearless fighting men and women.

Brits have low opinion of US

British opinion of US policy is the lowest in almost 40 years, reports the Telegraph. From the article, "Most Britons see America as a cruel, vulgar, arrogant society, riven by class and racism, crime-ridden, obsessed with money and led by an incompetent hypocrite."

And a savory whipcrack from Emperor Darth Misha I over at Anti-Idiotarian Blog:

Most Americans, meanwhile, see Briton as an oppressive, nanny statist pseudo-dictatorship riven by confiscatory taxes, violent crime aided by idiotic laws making it illegal for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves, racist laws making it illegal for anybody to complain about muslims refusing to integrate while natives are required by law to abstain from even mentioning in public that they’re British, and led by a neo-socialist fuckwit whose only redeeming feature is that he realizes which side of the international bread the butter is on. Did we mention the British obsession with money, particularly the Nanny State’s obsession with taking every last farthing they can from the people who actually earned it?

Quislings Of Yesteryear

George Santayana famously said, “Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” He also said, “History is a pack of lies about events that never happened told by people who weren't there.” The second comment is fatalistic and cynical. That phrase seems to be engraved in the collective unconscious of the fools on the Left. The DailyKos and Prisonplanet are rank with conspiracy theories and downright hysterical fabrications about historical events.

History is colored by the views and discretions of the historians who write it and, history is said to be written by the winners. But there are many relevant correlations between the current war in Iraq and WWII. And it is interesting to note that there were many people in the US and Britain who didn't want to get involved in what was slowly being recognized as a Fascist movement in Germany. Winston Churchill, now beloved in conservative circles, was irritating to many of the Brits. They remembered that Churchill had supported and sponsored the failed Dardanelles Campaign. To this crowd Churchill was percieved as a busybody. There were signs posted around London which read, "What price Churchill?" But "Winnie" knew that Germany was rearming. He was warning his countrymen as early as 1935 that Germany was a growing threat. But Neville Chamberlain and his fellow appeasers were content to listen to Hitler's words but continued to ignore his verifiable actions. The people of Britain preferred to listen to appeasers such as Lord Lothian who said "After all, the Germans are only going tino their own back garden [invasion of Rhine area]." Hitler was given the muted go-ahead to invade Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania and soon, all of Europe.

And at almost every step along the path to rearmament, Hitler had placating words that were designed to disguise Germany's real intentions. At one point he said, "Germany advocated Peace." At another "Our love for peace is perhaps greater than that of other nations." Hitler was saying exactly what the appeasement doves in England wanted to hear.

When Mussolini decided to send Italian forces into the Suez Canal in order to prove "that the Ethiopians are a barbaric people, sunk in the practice of slavery"- 30,000 Ethiopians were slaughtered. The Council of the League of Nations talked of stopping Il Duce by engaging in an oil embargo. The problem? There was no one around who could enforce such an embargo against the Italians.

Sound familiar?

It should. Our own United Nations, as with the League of Nations, has been shown to be an ineffective force in enforcing international sanctions. While the UN was slapping Saddam on the hand for not allowing inspectors to do their jobs in Iraq, he was turning around and stealing millions from the UN in the "Food for Oil" program.

And just as the Leftist quislings today choose to remain ignorant of the reasons why we went into Iraq, the mouthpieces of the Left continue to deny that Islam is the new facism. Islam is totalitarian to a fault. Thank God that Bush recognized the warning signs and took action. Obviously it saddens me that we have lost thousands of our own men and women in actions over there but the price is worth it. There are bad people in the world and it is our job to root them out and eliminate them before it is too late. Right now we are dealing with North Korea. Are they a threat? You bet. We'll see about them.

So the next time you see MSM outlets like the NYTimes publish information about our secret military and surveillance operations, the location of secret detainment centers and the names of our CIA operatives, just smile. The actions and words of the ignorant fools over at the NYtimes and DailyKos show that their real priority is destabilizing and demoralizing the People of the United States of America. Recognizing the problem puts you halfway to correcting the problem.

Who is SCC?

You really can't blame the coppers who regularly visit Second City Cop blog for being curious about the identity of the blog author. As police officers we are naturally inquisitive and enjoy sleuthing through details in order to confirm our own hunches and intuitions. Is he a white shirt? Does he work at HQ? Is he a beat officer who's been around the city working in different districts? Is he the guy who sits next to me at rollcall every day?

Well whoever he or she is - they do a heck of a job over there. Many people don't realize how much time it takes to put together a blog. If you want to stay topical then that requires a lot of time surfing, updating, reading emails, and of course - typing. If you want to really boil down to the details on a subject then add reading books, magazines and newspapers to the list. If you have a wife, children, a real job and court - then the amount of time you have to devote to blogging is restricted.

I know with this blog I get squeezed for time and just can't get computer time at home. Some nights I only have 30 minutes to do anything online. C'est la vie. And sometimes I just don't have anything to say. I seriously got burned out writing about illegal immigration. I've pretty much given up on that one - looks like Colorado is getting hammered by the MSM for passing laws that restrict illegals from getting social services and other welfare programs which the citizens pay for.
